Welcome Weekend...You are a Great Friend!

Good Morning all and Happy TGIF!!!
I absolutely LOVE Fridays. It's the beginning of the weekend of course, but it's also a LONG weekend...TeeHee! :)

Today's card is a sweet one. I got to do my second favorite thing when making cards - playing with Distress Inks. I made this card for an old boss of mine who had a rough year. She and I have kept in touch and now she is doing so much better. I hope she likes it.

Enjoy your long weekend. Make sure you squeeze in some card/scrapbook/craft making projects this weekend too. Thanks for stopping by!

COLOR INSPIRATION - Shower Curtain

Good Morning,

TGIF everyone! It's Friday and the beginning for the weekend. Here in NYC, it is raing cats, and dogs, and some other animals too...LOL! Hopefully the rest of the weekend will be better.

Here is my Color Inspiration for today. This is my main bathroom's shower curtain. I love the colors in this shower curtain and they reason why I bought it was because it can transition well between seasons. In the fall, I have more browns and greens....in the summer I have yellows & oranges.

Well, here's the card. Let me know what you think. Have a great weekend and thanks for stopping by!

COLOR INSPIRATION - Pillow from IKEA

Good Morning all,

And welcome to another day of our Color Inspiration. Today's item is another pillow from IKEA. I guess you are getting that I love this store...LOL! The patter is actually a pillow case. As you know Orange is my favorite color, and with that said, I try to incoraporate that color in my decor without overdoing it.

The card today has the orange & red colors, but the orange is very muted. I am going to create a card today that will mimic the vibrant orange we all know and love...LOL!

Well....with out further ado....the card.
Thanks for stopping by! Kimba :)
