FLOWER WEEK - Hey! Hey! Hey! - HAPPY MONDAY!

Hello all-
I hope that you had a great weekend. This weeks theme is going to be FLOWERS. Flower stamps, prima flowers, flower punches, and the like. I am very excited about this because I plan on doing some techniques like watercoloring, using prismacolor pencils and gamsol, and using alcohol inks....so stay tune and be sure to come back!

Thanks for stopping by!
Kimba :)

HOW-TO Instructions
Step 1: Base card measures 5 x 5.5 (Green)
Step 2: 2nd Layer - 4.75 x 4.5 (Brown) - Punch side border with Martha Stewart Floral Lace Border Punch. Attach to Base card.
Step 3: 3rd Layer - 4 x 4 (Beige) - Run this thru your CuttleBug using the TEXTILE Embossing Folder. Use Tim Holtz's Distress Inks in Peeled Paint & Vintage Photo to distress the embossed image.
Step 4: Wrap pink ribbon arond this layer and tie a bow. Attach on top of the brown paper.
Step 5: Ink up A REAL POPPY stamp on beige cardstock using ColorBox Queue Rose Coral and Stampin' Up Pink Passion. Stamp two images for each color. Cut out the flowers. Set aside.
Step 6: Cut out a stem and two leaves out of green cardstock. Set aside
Step 7: Adhere the stem to the embossed layer of the card. Attach the 1st Poppy image on top of the stem. Next, take the Rose Coral flowers, add pop dots and attach on top of the Poppy flower. Last, take the last Poppy flower and place pop dot behind it and adhere. (See card above)
