ALCOHOL INKS - Background Stripes - SCREEN SHOTS

Hello all-

I hope that these pics of how to do the alcohol technique is clear.

This pic is the applicator. When making the stripes, you need to draw a line on the felt applicator as oppose to a dot - what you typically would do when using the inks.

Remember, you are using GLOSSY CARDSTOCK. Once ink is on the applicator, just drag the applicator on glossy cardstock.

You can use this to punch out shapes like flowers or butterflies or use it as background like I did on my card. Have fun playing around with this technique.
