ALCOHOL INKS - Background Stripes

I am so excited about todays card and the technique used in creating it. I used Tim Holtz's Alcohol Inks. What I am going to do is take some pictures of how to do this, because I think that it will be easier to understand. But, for now, here is the card and make sure you come back to learn the How-To.
