I hope that you all had a really nice weekend and that you were able to take some time and enjoy life. Today, my daughter has a school trip to the Bronx Zoo and believe it or not, I am very excited about going. I am taking my 2 year old and I know she is going to have a ball. The Bronx Zoo is one of the biggest zoos in the US. They have the Congo exhibition, the Butterfly House, and loads and loads of attractions. If you are interested, check out their website at http://www.wcs.org/.
In any case, I got to get crackin' and get snacks, lunch, and the kids ready so I am going to be brief. Today is MYSTERY MATERIAL MONDAY. Just to go over the rules, you MUST STATE THE EXACT MATERIAL that I use and STATE where I use it on the card. Since we had no winner last week, I am going to double the prize. The WINNER of this weeks challenge will win a TIM HOLTZ DISTRESS INK PAD (last weeks prize) plus his DISTRESSING TOOL that can be used along with the ink pad. I will take pictures of both prizes and post to the blog later so that you can see what it is...
Well, that's it. GOOD LUCK and have a great day! Thanks for stopping by!

There is twine used for the balloon string. Hopefully that's it cause I have another guess too but I'm pretty sure you're looking for the twine which you used as the balloon string.
Another Great Card. You used twine for the balloon string. Once again - a very creative card.
Kimba,
The twine for the balloon string seems like the most obvious answer but I am wondering if it isn't the corrugated cardboard that you have behind the ribbon. It looks like a piece that comes with a picture frame.
Hi Kimba,
My guess is twine used as the string on the balloon on the right hand side of your card.
Oh, it looks like you had loads of fun at the zoo. I'd love to visit the Bronx Zoo someday.
Sandy
Is the corrogated strip from a light bulb box? The top edge looks finished, not cut so it is probably some kind of packing material.
I say it it the Jute hanging from the Balloon! Thanks for the chance to play! This is fun!
