HOW-TO Instructions
Step 1: Base card measures 3 x 6
Step 2: 2nd Layer - 2.75 x 5.75 - PATTERN PAPER - adhere to base card
Step 3: Tie Ribbon to create bow
Step 4: Punch squares to layer on top of each other (blue, pink, green)
Step 5: Stamp image on green square. Add foam adhesive. Attach this to the center of card
